Andrea is a 22-year-old Latina immigrant from Michoacan, Mexico. She is the mother of two little girls, Catalina and Antonela. She is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. When she graduates, she hopes to continue to help and empower marginalized communities. Every Day We Say is Andrea’s first book. Growing up, she never thought it would be possible to accomplish the dream of being an author. She hopes this book will empower children and parents to love and embrace the beauty within their differences.
